Seatown: Mutants

designs of a couple of NPCs and my player character from a campaign that was called Seatown, played in Mutant: Year Zero. My player character is Convoy, a mutant stalker, the right-hand person & best friend to The Major, the Boss of one the major areas of Seatown. Bolt the Gearhead was also the two's best friend as well and the left-hand to The Major.
